Limbe, May 1, 2025 - As Cameroon celebrates International Labour Day under the theme "Social Dialogue and a Decent Work for a Serene Cameroon," Tembeng Eli-Anne Anwi, Founder and Coordinator of Hope for a Better Tomorrow (HOBET), has issued a message to workers across the country.
According to Eli-Anne Anwi, social dialogue is critical for addressing the challenges faced by workers and improving labor conditions. She emphasized the need for open communication channels that can lead to mutual understanding and respect among all parties involved in the workforce.
"HOBET is committed to advocating for better working conditions, fair wages, and employment opportunities for everyone," Tembeng said. "We recognize the immense contribution that workers make to the economy and society at large."
