Matanga Hans Hilary Hamza, Regional Islamic Education Secretary for the South West Region, has issued a heartfelt appeal to stakeholders in the education sector. As the primary and secondary school public exams approach, the jurist cum human rights advocate is urging proprietors, head teachers, and principals to join forces with Imams and other spiritual leaders to pray for the success of the students.
In his message, Hamza commended the efforts of educators, acknowledging the challenges they face while encouraging them to continue their good work. He expressed confidence that their dedication would be richly rewarded by God.
Recognizing that Cameroon is a secular state with a government-guided education system, Hamza emphasized the importance of operating within the law. Nevertheless, he called on stakeholders to seek divine intervention through prayers, believing that spiritual support can contribute to the student's success.
By joining hands with spiritual leaders, Hamza hopes to foster a collaborative environment that will bring blessings and mercies upon the students as they embark on their exams.
