The Union of Central African Football Federations has launched a specialized training program for FIFA referees and assistant referees in Douala, aimed at improving the quality of match officiating in the Central African region.
The four-day course, taking place from July 7 to 10, 2026, features 31 officials representing UNIFFAC's eight member associations. It is designed to prepare referees for upcoming international assignments under the Confederation of African Football and FIFA.

The official opening of the classroom sessions will be presided over by UNIFFAC Executive Director Hasan Bala Korei, with the participation of Referees Commission President René Daniel Louzaya.
