A tragic incident shook the town of Bambili this evening when Yufemo Anslem, alias Wo Jum, a businessman and teacher, was brutally murdered in cold blood.
Anslem, who owned a bar at 3 Corners Bambili and taught at Sabga, was pulled out of his store and shot point blank by three armed men on a bike.
According to eyewitnesses, the attackers arrived at the scene, shot Anslem without uttering a word, and fled the area. Despite efforts to rush him to the hospital, Anslem was pronounced dead on arrival.
The motive behind the murder is yet to be established, and the community is in shock. Anslem's murder has sent a wave of fear and grief throughout the town, with many calling for increased security measures to prevent such incidents in the future.
