Senator Regina Mundi to Launch Memoir Detailing Amba Captivity Experience

Senator Elizabeth Regina Mundi, a North West Senator particularly for Mezam Division is set to launch her memoir, "Powered by Hope: Eighty, Captive, Rescued," on June 1, 2025, at the Chamber of Agriculture in Yaounde. 

The event, scheduled from 3 pm to 6 pm, will feature a book launch and signing.

The memoir chronicles Senator Mundi's harrowing one-month ordeal in captivity with Amba fighters from April 30 to May 31, 2022. 

This poignant account marks a significant milestone, coinciding with the third anniversary of her rescue.
