Barrister Nkongho Felix Agbor Balla, a prominent international legal activist and President of the Centre for Human Rights and Democracy (CHRDA), delivered an inspiring keynote address at the REACHOUT 2025 conference, organized by Creative corner Foundation.

Be Skillful & Useful, the event attracted a diverse audience of participants aged 17 to 50, all united by a common goal to embrace change and influence the future.

In his address titled “Empower to Elevate: The Future of Work & the Skills That Matter Most,” the seasoned international legal mind emphasized the critical importance of empowerment in an ever-evolving job market. “Empowerment is not given. It is built,” he passionately asserted, outlining the transformative process that comes from acquiring new skills and fostering confidence.
