CAEPA Digital Training
The Community Agricultural and Environmental Protection Association (CAEPA) has rolled out a comprehensive digital skills training program in Bamenda, aimed at bridging the technology gap and equipping communities with the tools they need to thrive in today’s digital economy.
From basic computer literacy to advanced ICT skills, CAEPA’s initiative is designed to serve a diverse audience: job seekers eager to boost their employability, small business owners striving to digitize their operations, and workers seeking to upgrade their professional skills.
What sets the program apart is its learner-focused approach. Trainees benefit from one-on-one sessions, access to computers for hands-on practice, and flexible schedules adapted to the needs of working individuals. For entrepreneurs, the training is customized to address real business challenges, making it both practical and impactful.
“Our mission is to empower communities,” says a CAEPA program coordinator. “Digital literacy is no longer optional, it’s a necessity. We want every participant to leave with the confidence to compete in the modern workplace and marketplace.”
